Energy Efficient

Our state-of-the-art frame designs utilize multiple hollow chambers for increased insulation, and warm-edge technology to reduce heat loss through glass edges and other window components. The result is a thermally efficient window that offers superior resistance to heat transfer and sweating. In addition, all EPW windows meet or exceed AAMA, NFRC, and CAWN standards.

Low E² = High Performance
Low E (low emissivity) coated glass is an important component of all Empire Pacific windows and doors. Low E specifies a microscopically thin, virtually invisible coating deposited on a glass surface. This coating limits radiant that flows between window panes by reflecting heat into your home during cold weather, and back outdoors during warm weather.

The Low E glass we use—Cardinal IG LowE² - 172—is color neutral, yet it insulates up to 100% better than ordinary glass and 25% better than other Low E glass products! Cardinal's patented coating also blocks 85% of the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays, reducing fabric fading.

Maintenance Free
The color stabilized material used in EPW vinyl windows and doors will not fade, peel, warp,

corrode, or rot. Just wipe clean with soap and water to keep them looking beautiful for life.

Fusion Welded
All EPW frames and panels feature fusion-welded, mitered corners for added strength and structural performance. These advanced manufacturing techniques also eliminate potential gaps in the frame, minimize air and water infiltration, and improve thermal efficiency.

Wind & Water Protection
The interlocking design highlighted in every EPW vinyl window and door incorporates high performance weather stripping, steel reinforced meeting rails, and sash- tightening lock systems to insure maximum protection against wind and water penetration.

Gentle on Stucco
EPW vinyl replacement windows and doors are easy to add to your home, even if it has a stucco exterior. When properly installed, EPW windows will not damage your home's exterior finish.

Custom Shapes & Sizes
You can purchase a variety of EPW windows and doors in standard or custom sizes and shapes. Make your home truly unique by incorporating bays, bows, circles, octagons, round tops, gable cuts, and a multitude of mulled combinations. Optional grids are sealed between two panes of glass and are available in a variety of patterns.

Each of our windows and doors meets CAWN standards for forced entry. Both the 5200 and 4200 series are equipped with a positive night latch. So, whether you're away on vacation or home at night, you can have peace of mind knowing that your windows are helping protect your family and belongings.

Colors

EPW windows and doors come in two colors: white and almond. Both are made of UV stabilized materials, so the color will not fade. And because the color is blended right into the vinyl, it will never chip, peel or crack. That means you can say "good-bye" to ever having to paint your windows again!

Reduce Outside Noise
By adding 3/4" think dual pane glass to our standard fusion-welded, multiple chambered frame, EPW created a window that's exceptionally quiet-even if you live next to a busy street.
